International Women's Day, celebrated annually on March 8th, is a day dedicated to honouring the achievements of women while advocating for gender equality. While the day is often viewed as a social and cultural celebration, it is also important for businesses to recognise the significance of this day and consider their part in promoting equality in the workplace.

As an organisation, looking to expand in the fields of diversity, equity, and inclusion, acknowledging the importance of International Women’s Day is central to our values. We believe supporting women's rights is an essential part of creating a fair and equal society.
